![]() ![]() In my mid-teens I inherited a small amount of money and used it to buy a BBC Micro Model A – a wonderful 8-bit computer of a type which inspired an entire generation of UK programmers. ![]() I was fascinated by computers from an early age. I studied English Literature and Film at Glasgow University, then later a post-graduate course in Electronic Imaging at the Art School in Dundee. I don’t know whether it’s ideal, but I feel lucky to be able to live where I live.Īll my formal education was in Scotland. Now I live in a flat in Berlin in Germany.
